Clearview sets itself apart from other companies by our business model. We have a local office with enough people to give your property all the time it deserves. We do not own or operate a maintenance division to generate additional revenue for the company. Having one removes independence and objective oversight from the maintenance process. We do not charge vendors a fee to be part of a "preferred vendor" program. Doing so excludes qualified vendors who are not willing to participate in a "pay-to-play" program which ends up getting passed on to you, the customer, through higher bid prices. Our management fee is honest, clear and transparent, which was inspirational to our name. It is based on the time it takes to deliver on those services you want.
